AKRO Inc., a company founded in Hong Kong, will be developing a VR Face Tracking Camera in EOZ VR's ECP (EOZ Community Project) initiative. The camera will be designed by AKRO, with mass production, marketing and retail support from the ECP initiative.
The camera is being developed in the prototype phase right now, with software being supplied by the open-source initiative, Project Babble. EOZ VR has started to be involved and will push the development into making Alpha and Beta prototypes soon, available for public testing.
AKRO and EOZ will be looking to launch a pre-sale for the Face Tracking Camera in October, with delivery slated to be near the end of November or early-December. More details will be announced soon with a public meet-up/event to be organized shortly.
